  • Preparation of one selected healthy dish

DESCRIPTION:

This session is designed to promote physical balance, inner calm, and holistic wellbeing through gentle movement and mindful breathing techniques rooted in Chinese wellness traditions.

Tai Chi is a slow and flowing movement practice that improves flexibility, coordination, and energy circulation. Combined with traditional breathing techniques, participants are guided toward relaxation, mental clarity, and body awareness.
